This local event, now in its 6th year, is inspired by the worldwide Day of Service, observed annually on September 11th. This day holds special significance:
- It honors the memory of those lost in the 9/11 attacks and pays tribute to the spirit of unity and compassion that emerged in their aftermath.
- It transforms a day of tragedy into a day of doing good, spreading hope and kindness in our communities and across the globe.
- It reminds us of the power of coming together, showing that small acts of service can create significant positive change.
- It fosters a sense of global community, with people from all walks of life uniting in the spirit of giving back.

🌼 Enumclaw Projects
Join for various activities around town:
- Planting at city hall
- Sweeping alley streets
- Cleaning Cole Street light poles
- Sprucing up Holdener Park, Farmers Park, and Hope Garden
- Helping at Plateau Outreach Ministries
- Tidying the trailhead on SR 410
- For the kiddos: Rock painting at the high school!
🧤 What to Bring
Don’t forget to bring your own tools for your chosen project. There will be a limited supply of gloves available, but feel free to bring your own if you have them.

Whether you can spare an hour or the whole morning, every bit of help counts. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends, get some exercise, and make the community shine. Plus, who doesn’t love a little before-and-after satisfaction?
