BEAUTIFY ENUMCLAW!
👋 It’s that time of year again to roll up your sleeves and show your community some love. Beautify Enumclaw is a public service event on September 9th. Come together to spruce up the city before autumn arrives!
By participating in our local Day of Service, you’re not just helping Enumclaw – you’re part of a global movement of compassion and community building. Let’s carry this spirit forward and make a difference right here at home!
🗓️ Event Details
September 9th
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Meet at Enumclaw High School
🧤 What to Bring
Don’t forget to bring your own tools for your chosen project. There will be a limited supply of gloves available, but feel free to bring your own if you have them.
VOLUNTEER WEDNESDAYS!
Foothills Trail Native Habitat Restoration Community Outdoor Classroom and Gathering Place
What & When: We are planting native plants every Wednesday 10 am. until 1 pm.
Where: Corner of SR410 and SE 456th Street
Bring a shovel, gloves and your own personal water and join the fun!
Dress for the weather
Our plan is to revegetate the entire distance from Warner Ave to the new White River Foot Bridge with native plants. You will be volunteering for the city of Enumclaw Parks Department at the direction of EPCA – Enumclaw Plateau Community Association.
Why: Our habitat is crumbling at a rapid pace. We all need to correct our past impact on the land so it can heal and create a healthy habitat for humans, fish and wildlife.
Once we meet you and spend a little time getting to know you. Then, you can visit and work on the site on your schedule. You will be able to do more restoration work when you are on your time. There is always more to do!
